André holds an MSc in Biological Engineering from Técnico Lisboa (2007). From 2009 until 2013 André worked at KWR – Watercycle Research Institute and in late 2013 André was awarded his PhD from TU Delft, his thesis describes a four step approach to support drinking water network management.
André has been involved in the project “Sustainable Water Supply for Maputo, Mozambique” since February 2014 as Post-doctoral researcher. His main tasks are supervision of PhD candidates and students, communication and overall project management. You can contact him at a.marquesarsenio AT tudelft DOT nl.
