Celma got her BSc in Agronomic Engineering in 2006 from UEM (Mozambique) and her BSc thesis was about “Multiplicative effect of rainwater to maize production in rainfed condition at Chokwe District” in 2006. In addition, she holds a Master degree in Water Resources Management in 2012 from Adelaide University (Australia) and her MSc thesis was about “Multi-objective Optimisation of Operational cost and Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Water Distribution Systems”
